You have to edit them in the file browser.


Pipes;
file browser/root/enemy/toride files

There are multiple toride files. You have to edit each palette individually as well.

Coins are in multiple places. There are different files for each. I can't remember all of them off hand. But you edit them mainly in the file browser, not the jyotyu necessarily.

Hmm, no, pipes are in

/polygon_unit/I_dokan.nsbtx
/polygon_unit/I_mamedokan.nsbtx

and pipe joins are in
/polygon_unit/I_dokantome_(something).nsbtx


EDIT: And the main animated coins are in
BG_ncg/d_2d_TEN_jyotyu_ncg.bin (or a similar name)

Yeah, like luckwii said there are more files, for example for the falling coin sprite I think. I dunno where those are.
