I assume these ones have SSE2 Enabled?
And the one built from Intel is using Intel's proprietary compiler?
No Linux version either right?

DeSmuME for Linux sucks anyway.

I've found that the Windows version in WINE works way better.

the pack have vs2008 with icc compiler 11.1.067 Enabled sse2 and sse3
vs2010 with icc xe 2011 Enabled sse and sse2 and sse3 (x86pack and x64pack too)

How did you enable SSE3?

EDIT: Also how did you enable SSE2 also? Is it because you built it on a computer that had SSE2/SSE3 support?
