Is there a way to make flames fly across the screen (similar to bullet bills)? It happened in the original SMB on NES, so i'm guessing there must be some way to do it here too. Am I just overlooking the sprite, maybe?

AFAIK there's no sprite that does this in NSMB

The flames bowser spawns might be a Class ID or you could activate a bowser sprite off screen to get flames to appear.

But still, it probably wouldn't work because it would require the Bowser sprite set, and we all know that boss sprite sets are crashy as shit
