You must either:
Create a NMP patch (if you modified NITRO File System files only)
or
Create a X-Delta patch (to patch everything changed).

Also along with the patch link, you should specify which ROM region the patch is for.

Completed World 1

My opinions:

1-1
Nice underground design!

Second star coin: Completely no clue it's there >.<

The third star coin is too easy?

1-2
Good. Especially the third star coin.

1-3
Good, but star coins seems too easy.

1-Tower
Amazing! ...wait, where's the secret exit?

Well I spent ~30min to find the secret exit...wait, why I must be a small one? >.<

btw, there's a small glitch --- if you try to jump down after entering secret exit area.

1-4
Amazing!

The underwater part after star coin 2 is a bit strange(?)

The third star coin is glitchy.

1-5
Good.

No camera switching at the climbing vine.

The third gold coin is *VERY* challenging @.@

1-Castle
Amazing!

The door doesn't open at entrance, that's strange.

1-A
Amazing!

Bounce balls are nasty >.< but I think it's good.

The way to get third coin is... hmm, pretty strange.

1-Cannon

Wait, no remake? @.@
