Nice background, but just wondering. I know that Ladida has drew something like this, but it wasn't that wide. Let me guess, you have drew rest yourself?

Probably it just contains some stuff from NSHB (Patch files, tilesets, ...)
I still don't get people, who stalk other people so much that they even look at every single icon on their desktop.
