							It's one of the *.spa files in the particles folder. These contain 3D textures for particles, I assume. We still don't know their format so you'll have to live with the old fireball "poof" effect    |

More about the TPS chunks though: (header is 0x20 bytes) 0x00: TPS 0x04: unk 0x08: size in bytes of the image 0x0C: offset to the palette 0x10: size in bytes of the palette 0x14: size of the whole chunk 0x18: zero? 0x1C: size of the whole chunk (again?) Texture format is determined from palette size?
