Also, I can't make BOLD or italic text on iPad.

It's OK for tidy up things. In fact, having datas are the main purpose. I, or others people could tidy them up later.

Actually it is not in the jyotyu Tileset. It is in the jyotyu TEN file anywhere in the bg_ncg folder.
Use the second palette file to view it in blue.

Yeah, it is in the normal jyotyu tileset, but you can't do anything with it. I think he needs the animation and this is in the TEN file.
Not in the normal jyotyu.

It's one of the *.spa files in the particles folder. These contain 3D textures for particles, I assume. We still don't know their format so you'll have to live with the old fireball "poof" effect

More about the TPS chunks though:
(header is 0x20 bytes)
0x00: TPS
0x04: unk
0x08: size in bytes of the image
0x0C: offset to the palette
0x10: size in bytes of the palette
0x14: size of the whole chunk
0x18: zero?
0x1C: size of the whole chunk (again?)

Texture format is determined from palette size? (and then it assumes that the image is alawys square?) though I have seen an image with 8 colors and color indexes apparently out of range...

nonsense palette sizes: 2 colors, 8 colors. wtf?! 8-color would make sense for A5I3, but 2-color?
