I would like to create an object tileset with the sprite 197 but I do not know how to make it always appears the red block, there a way to create an object that is in the tileset 1?

You can only create the Blocks which are in the jyotyu tileset. And only some of these. Look at the left for the sprite data. At "Block Type" you can choose which you want to create.

Yeah, just open the jyotyu Tileset with the Tileset editor

Choose wisely because whatever you replace in the Jyotyu will be gone for good once you change it
