At the bottom of each page, I think that'd be unpractical because it would have to load again at every page load.
But an independant page, could be done. I'll take a look. |

I think you could make a spoiler with the name "show irc chat". When you click it, the irc chat gets loaded.
 Or do you know "chatango"? This is a pretty cool chat, too.
