Mosts were cool but they were also flawed. An user's given scope of "known users" tends to be limited, and therefore it ends up being kind of a vote-for-your-friends thing.

Also, there's the question of whether or not we should include inactive users. And even that raises questions, such as what determines someone to be inactive. We may have plenty of members active only on the Discord.

Mosts work best when the community is truly thriving and people know one another pretty well. This isn't the case here.
And lastly, not everyone might like mosts. They are, after all, a kind of popularity contest.
