i just wanna know if there is any way of making a custom wii level.

Well, if you want to do that you will want to get Reggie (the nsmbwii editor). This is for the DS New super Mario bros. The editor for will not work with nsmbwii’s iso.
Even then with the nsmbwii iso file itself can’t be edited with it’s editor. The short answer: No, the nsmbwii iso or any iso file can’t be edited with the NSMBE editor. _________________________ -The Koopa who lives somewhere in World 7. |

You'll need to extract the ISO's contents first, edit stuff there and re-pack the ISO.
You can use Wiimms ISO Tools for that _________________________
