I recomended paint.net, but Gimp or paint.net for that, any image editor, but NOT MS Paint, because he not have a option for "transparence Background"
Open the Tileset with NSMBe, Go to graphics, click on export all images and palettes, then edit it, remove the damaged graphics, and importantly avoid the Tilesets colliding with each other or they will be damaged. _________________________ The star project that shows my brilliant mind |

Yes, you can use Photoshop, and really you can edit your tiles as much as you like, just make sure it fits within the 16 x 16 per tile thingy, and is even and connected. I recommend using the "Import bitmap and recreate palette" and the "Import bitmap with existing palette" options to make the color palette part less stressful, however, they don't always work.
