I would like to know how to connect pipes from one area (For example: 1-1 Area 1) to another area (Ex: 1-1 Area 3).
I see the entrances tab, and have created a "Pipe facing right" entrance. Then in the other area, I got "Exit from pipe" entrance I don't really know how I would connect these two entrances, so can someone please tell me what: Extrance ID Destination Area Destination Entrance Connected Pipe ID and View all mean? Also, I would like to know how to know how to make those warp boxes to warp the player from 1 place to another place. Thanks. |

-The entrance ID is the number that you use to go to the pipe
-the destination area is the area the pipes in -the destination entrance is what you set for the entrance ID of where you want to go -connected pipe ID is only for if you want the screen to scroll with Mario (if your changing areas just keep it as 0) -the view should be set to the view the pipe is located in Here's an example of 2 connected pipes: _________________________ New Super Mario Bros. This question has been asked often on this forum, and I suggest you watch here a more detailed tutorial on pipe connections: https://nsmbhd.net/thread/4432-the-full-entire-guide-to-pipes-simplified-no-screenshots/ This could also help you make other trips (in the same area for example). |
