4. There are too many games, videos and clips out there that get so popular because they don't make sense. WTF IS HAPPENING TO THIS WORLD???

I have one theory to explain this. This is the cause of two things:
First, the creation of the internet. Now anyone can put anything on the Internet. So, there's a higher chance that sense-less stuff gets noticed. Nyan Cat wouldn't have got famous if there was only TV, radio, newspapers...
Second, history of humanity is full of things that try to be funny, but make sense. People are getting tired of it. That's why sense-less things are so funny. They are NEW

Nope, I didn't block that character. I just forced all display names to only contain letters, numbers, dashes, underscores and normal spaces.

How can CoolAs and I make the day/night system better instead of using screen brightness? (We also use the brightness for torches )
You could make multiple palettes for the blocks, ones ligher and others darker, and use those when rendering the blocks

Nope. Probably will never have. I'd prefer an Android smartphone, at least you can carry it in your pocket

And how can I create a script that makes multiple palettes (of different brightnesses) from the one image?
And how can I put that in the Makefile? (Note: It has to be cross-platform!)

That function takes a palette, and takes every color, decomposes it into RGB values and does some modifications. To do brightness, you'll probably want to multiply them with some constant, for example


where brightness is a number from 0 to 255.

I think you aren't using extended palettes, you'd need to if you want to do this
