So I was editing 1-castle and used the first area as a way to get to the main area and I made the main area in area 2 but I realized that on the progress bar it wasn't moving because area 2 was originally a bonus area and was wondering if there is there a way to easily fix this at all?

it's not because it was a bonus area, you just didn't set the path correctly. if it was working before you swapped the areas, you simply need to fix the order for it to work.
area 1 has to use path 1, area 2 has to use path 2, and so on. you can add as many paths as you want, so long as they are in valid order. might want to fix that post, by the way. seems you accidentally pasted your clipboard.
