I'm trying to make a tileset, but I don't know how big each "Block" is. What are he dimensions, in pixels, of one block?

For NSMB, each block is 16px wide/high. One block is composed of 4 small graphical tiles, 8px large each.
You could have calculated that on your own from the clearly cut out tiles in the game. Or even guessed, actually. |
