I need help trying to figure out speed and time settings for the sprite database.
Dirbaio, I know you know a little about this.

Speed seems inconsistent. Is this possibly a signed value? Or does anyone have any speed settings known for sure? For instance, the 102 small spiked ball seems to only have 4 settings;0=Non-moving,1=slow,2=mid,3=fast. After that the speeds seem to be the same.

Time is also inconsistent. Unless there is a pattern I am not seeing. What is going on here? Is there some mathematical conversion to get these consistent also?

Help me finish a lot of the sprite database. Knowing speed and time settings will fill a lot of blanks. It will also save me hours or days trying to figure things out.

I'm pretty sure that speed settings for sprites are going to vary. Each sprite takes its sprite data and interprets it and converts in to an in-game speed. So I think you're stuck manually testing values
