I need help trying to figure out speed and time settings for the sprite database.
Dirbaio, I know you know a little about this. Speed seems inconsistent. Is this possibly a signed value? Or does anyone have any speed settings known for sure? For instance, the 102 small spiked ball seems to only have 4 settings;0=Non-moving,1=slow,2=mid,3=fast. After that the speeds seem to be the same. Time is also inconsistent. Unless there is a pattern I am not seeing. What is going on here? Is there some mathematical conversion to get these consistent also? Help me finish a lot of the sprite database. Knowing speed and time settings will fill a lot of blanks. It will also save me hours or days trying to figure things out. |

I'm pretty sure that speed settings for sprites are going to vary. Each sprite takes its sprite data and interprets it and converts in to an in-game speed. So I think you're stuck manually testing values
