You need to create objects with the map16. The objects are what you build the level with. For example, see the object preview? That's what it would look like if that object were to be put into the level. Yeah, I suppose. But the map16 looks fine to me, it's the objects he hasn't done. Somehow he completely cleared the existing objects, apparently.
