Taskbar on the side (Thanks Garmichael for that idea =P) and it auto-hides which just suits me because I love having the whole screen for everything else. I don't see the actual desktop very often so it's a surprise to see a new image there almost every time I do. (It's randomly picked from a folder every 10 minutes)

My new Windows desktop.
Finally got WinXP installed  And I'm going to keep the desktop clean. I even removed the un-removable Recycle Bin icon And I'm going to give your taskbar-on-side thing a try, Garmichael

Those are really good endings. Not as good as the one with the Safe, though. Or, obviously, the real final ending.

Did you use TweakUI, or a registry hack?Yay, now he uses xp, just like me.

 And for me, WinXP is quite better. From the security point of view, XP and 7 are both shit, but still, XP is far more lightweight so in a recent laptop it boots reaaally fast and uses very few resources. And XP doesn't have many of the newer UI design nonsense from 7. |
