Add support for BG_ncg graphics not usable in level, to the BG/tileset editors. As in ones that can't be chosen in the level settings, but do exist (like animated tiles, ones used for cutscenes).

I think that would require looking through the files to find the ones that are used in-game, but it does sound like a useful feature. And maybe for jyotyu, use all five palette files for it in the tileset editor.

I mean since it seems like we don't know where some of the tile animations are, we'll have to look for some of them. And as for jyotyu palettes, there are five, one for the overworld, one for underground, one for snow, one for volcano, and one for Blue/Silver Coins.

Animated tiles are the files prefixed with "d_2d_TEN".
Overlays for tiles are in polygon_unit. |
