But the "user=1" would show up as " Dirbaio" rather than the yellow text. It just means that if there was a name change, it would show up as the updated name rather than what the user's name was when the post was made. It also just looks more appealing too.

It would still link to the post but it would just appear as  Dirbaio so quoted posts are up to date with name changes and/or the mini gif beside the name.
