Sorry for the total noob question but how do I even download the editor. Every time I try to download it, it downloads a .txt file..if any one could help or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Hm, that's weird. Are you going to this page? It should pop up a download for a .zip file containing NSMBe. If that doesn't work, try the link that says "If your download doesn't start, click here." If that still doesn't work I can upload a copy for you.

Yeah that's where I'm going.I just tried again and still the same thing..keeps coming in as a .txt file.

It's labeled...nsmb-editor-378-4.txt.
The content I'd not legible other than two places in the whole file.there's a line that says configuration.txt and another says licence.txt..and those two lines are in the middle of lots of symbols and characters. tried downloading several times but for some reason I get the same result ever time. |

No.both 7zip and winrar say file corrupt
.yes.that worked perfectly.I redownloaded the .txt file and renamed the extension abd the program opened right up..Thank you very much.I appreciate it. |

So I'm not sure if it's a problem with the download page or not. Let's try this; here is the latest version of the editor (the one you should be downloading if everything had went right) that I uploaded to my dropbox folder. See if this works.

The download page gives me a perfectly good zip.

Apparently he edited his post some minutes after he noticed I recommended him to rename the txt to zip..
