The snow? You mean the texture on the ground? You can 'remove' it; by replacing it with another texture, as you would with any other texture in a nsbtx file.

Okay, maybe there is no graphics file to edit. If you can find one, you can remove the texture from it/make it transparent.

If you can't, I dunno.
