Decompress the Mario/Luigi models (the ones you wants to edit) [/player folder] and reimport them in a NSBTX file... [/enemy folder]
Edit them as you wish (texture only[I guess, sorry]) and export them again, and then reimport them into thier original files. And recompress them. It's not very easy to simplify. But I will make images to help you. (this tutorial is very quick and incomplete, I will make a new and well better one as soon as I can) |

And you can export the model and open it with MKDSCE.
