This is my new hack:
Super Mario Adventures
Includes:
A edited Jyotyu tileset by me, NSMBWII ICE tileset, Retro Tileset (for lava levels) by me,NSMBWII Giant Beach tileset by Thierry, Rainbow Land by Baby Bowser(for toad houses).

Progress:
W1: 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5, 1-A, 1-Castle, 1-Cannon.
W2: Finished.
W3: 3-1, 3-2,3-A,3-Cannon

I'm just going to point out a few things to help you get on the right track.

need serious work. If they appear like that in-game then you have to edit your source image to a more tileable size. IIRC these backgrounds are from Super Mario All-Stars, so they shouldn't be hard to get perfect. That SMB3 BG is also imported into an animated tileset slot. If you use a different slot there'll be no corruption.

is an artistic nightmare. The Top BG is dark as if it were night, the Bottom BG is bright as day, and the tileset is super-saturated. One of the things people don't think about a lot is Art Direction, and graphical consistency. By the way, the ground patterns don't match up to the patterns in the slopes.

As for level design, it's pretty much what I'd expect from a new hacker. What I think you should focus on is condensing your levels into a series of smaller spaces that better fit the DS-sized screen. And I guess try to design levels as if they were natural structures. You're already half-way there with that.

If there's anything else I want to say, it would probably be . The way you try to place the tiles behind the other tiles doesn't really work because NSMBDS doesn't do front-and-back tiles. You need to find a way to make it look pretty but still keep the platforms you want.

The png. of the backgrounds is better quality, but when i import it on the nsmbe bugs.

Ithese backgrounds there is't the real background,the image shows the old background combiation, if you plays W7, see that this changed.

Hmm... I think it's such a shame that... that... well, what  MarioFanatic64 said above.
But I thought it is possible to do front and back tiles at NSMBWii, isn't it?

It´s fine that a new hack is incoming after a longer time But I have a tip for you. This "sakura village" tileset "by azmo" is MY old autumn tileset. It´s already deleted from the uploader but it´s ok. You can use it. But: I would delete it, it looks horrible

The graphics are partially just a nightmare. But just partially. Some of the backgrounds are too pixelated. Please try to improve that. Also your level design looks a bit... empty. There´s smth. missing, a bit of decoration, you know?
But all in all it´s luckily no copy-paste design from the original levels. That´s good

But... I downloaded that tileset and... it´s smth. completely different than that from the screenshot. Do you use an older version? If so, download the newer one. It looks much better

I suggest you make the entirely new logo, because kust a recolored one is not so cool IMO. Oh, and don't forget to use only 15 colors maximum for the title screen logo... or you will get dropped quality.
