I think you did not read my guide carefully. The different ROM-Regions use different Offsets. You use a (E) ROM and search for the Offset of the (U) ROM. Of course, the Editor will show different values as in the tutorial. How to fix: Search for the (E) Offset. Then you get the table, you are searching for. You said, you are using a (U) ROM, but that is not true.

luckwii: You have a different ROM region.
His is the USA rom. Yours is the EUR rom. So you need to use the proper offset. Look at Step 5 in the first post  Damn. I have to add an option to the editor to see your ROM region  If not people will just get confused over again. xD EDIT: Damn x2, ninja'd |

I finally figured out what happened. At some point, I can't remember when, I was making an (E) rom patch for a beta tester. I must have mixed this up with my (U) rom. It will be easy to patch my hack back into a (U) rom.
What I don't understand though, is that it patched just find with a clean (U) rom in the state that it is in. This is using Xdelta. No errors, no nothing. Rom region identifier would be nice. Oh, so would a way to verify if it is a clean rom or not. Maybe you could do this at the patch stage so it throws up a "not a clean rom, find another" message. |

I didn't know you could change block colors. Are there any other colors besides Gold, Red, Blue and Grey?

This website has a database of the CRC's of all the dumped ROM's to date. Could be useful. |

Updated. Nice that luckwii made screenshots of my old ones. I could rip two of those and reupload them.
Updated this whole post from IMG to IMGS as well. It just looks better.
