Well, I really dont know why you want the level files in the rom if you can export them as .nml with the editor.

Anyway, they are all in the root folder named 'course'

Thank you!
Well, I just wanted to know which folder contains which files.

...and some more question,
1. Which are the tilesets, backgrounds(include title), sound effects and the background musics?
2. Does the NSMB Editor only edit the files which are only in the 'root' folder?
3. What is 'banner.bin' file?

Not sure what you mean. NSMB editor can edit files in directories, but there is rarely a reason to modify files directly, as NSMB Editor usually provides high-level editors for most of files (for example, it's good idea to replace levels with level editor, not by changing them in hex editor).

3. What is 'banner.bin' file?

It contains game title, and icon you can see on actual DS (I don't think it's visible in any emulator). See http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?10713-Banner.bin-Generator for more information.

1. Which are the tilesets, backgrounds

Why you ask it? Everyone can see it immeditaly. At the top of the editor are different tabs which contain tilesets and backgrounds too. Or do you mean smth. else?

It's offtopic but this forum's layout remember me the SRB2 Skybase....

ONtopic:

for your 2nd question, as GlitchMr. says, it's better to edit the files that you can easyly edit (The levels with the editor)
And graphics with the romfile explorer. Hex editing is for the pros.
