So when i'm trying to enter the length of the loop, it says, "Actual length is found by reversing the nybbles and subtracting 15...So...What does that mean?

The latest version of NSMBe will show a visual of the loop length. You can just use that so you don't have to calculate the length manually.

It means that whoever entered that in the Sprite DB doesn't really know what he was thinking.
I think nybble 9 is the length in 16x16 tile blocks (panning blocks). And dunno about nybble 8. I'd just set it to F and forget about it. EDIT: Umm, better follow Piranhaplant's advice. Anyway, I think there's something more about the loop sprites that we don't have discovered yet...? |

Using the loop sprites its tedious. That its one of the things that made me delay my hack; so cryptic.
Also, you need to make the level so it loops properly in objects. Otherwise when you go in the wrong path, you will see stuff disappearing and appearing in an instant, not to mention the collision being loaded while the graphic isnt. _________________________ |
