You cant. SInce he doesnt have the game

AFAIK, MvsL edited levels only work with people having your modded ROM

You need two flashcards, and put the ROM in the two flaschards, then play it.
OR you can use Download Play. To do that you should use the "DLP-friendly mode" in NSMB Editor, or it won't work.

1- Open a clean (unedited) ROM in NSMBe.
2- Enable DLP-friendly mode in the Tools tab
3- Edit whatever you want
4- Close the editor.

It won't work if you have already edited the ROM without enabling DLP-friendly mode.

if you edit ANYTHING without enabling DLP-mode in the editor it WILL NOT work.

You can get a new unedited ROM, enable DLP mode, and then import everything you've modified.
And then you have to remember to enable DLP mode every time you open the ROM.

So it'll be easier if you use a separate ROM to make MvsL levels.

No. That is managed by a .sav file with the same name as your ROM.
