Here is the complete tileset.
Here is just the image.

Ive melded two tileset images together to make a new one. When I imported it in, some tiles display as all black (though they preserve the alpha channel so they look like silhouettes).

If you import this tileset, you'll see what I mean. In the editor, the sandy tiles appear fine, but in the game, they appear as black.

Curiously, I found that if you import only the image art (not the whole tileset), this problem doesn't happen. I just don't want to rebuild all the tiles from scratch.

The link to the complete tileset you gave is not working.

The tileset image looks fine. I looked at it in Photoshop. What tileset are you importing to?

The link is working for me... Right Click and choose Save-As.

I imported it over the Grasslands, Desert, Underwater, and a couple other but I forget. All the same behavior

There is no image to right click. It is just a bunch of garbled numbers and symbols.

Right click, then Save link as. I think that's how it is.

Yep, that's how it is. Also, if you regular click the link and it shows all that garbled stuff, if you press Control+S, you can save the page as an nmt file.

Anyway, WHHHHHYYYYYYYYY are these tiles all crappy??

EDIT: UGH. I just typed out a lengthy description as to what the problem was and how I fixed it and then got the "you can double post" message.

Short story short, I opened the NMT in Hex Workshop, did some file comparisons with the tileset thats showing black tiles and a file that doesn't.

I search for this:
010000000100000001000000010000000100000001000000010000000100000001
000000010000002000010020000200200003002000040020000500200000000100
000001000000010000000100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
0000000A0020000A0020000A00200000000100000001000A002000000001000000
0100000001000000010000000000000000000000000000000000000000000A

And replaced it with this:
00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001000000010000000100000001000000200001

And now it works. So. There we go. Dunno why.

Hm.. Could you post an NMT of the fixed tileset? I want to compare both, to see if I can figure out what's the problem... It's a really weird issue.

Sure, Here's the tileset that works.
And, Here's the tileset that doesn't.

Notice that the length of the HEX's are different. Anything that you discover about this would be very interesting to me.
