I know that Normal slopes have two line of tiles, but I need three line.

Also keep in mimd that you have to set the control byte of the blue and green tiles to 4.
Otherwise they will fill all the bottom triangle of the slope. (NSMBe doesn't render slopes 100% accurately)

No, this is a normal slope but with two tiles at the bottom instead of one. The very steep slope can be done by putting
[80]A B [85]C

and giving the proper tile behaviors to A, B, C.
