Hello all
I can't quite entirly figure out BNCL files.
All I know is this:
Bytes 1-6: header
7-8: Number of entries
9-End: Entry data

Each entry is 8 bytes long
In an entry:
Bytes 1-2: X coordinate?
Bytes 3-4: Y coordinate?
Byte 5: Unknown value?
Bytes 6-8: Always 0?

How does the entry data work?

BTW: The number of entried can also be 0 that doesnt matter
And you dont have to put a "?" after the coordinates. We KNOW that they are the coordinates

According to Mario Kart CW.org
The latest bytes (5-8) are the Number of Cell, from a NCER format.
