I think it would be easier to approach links in "Navigation Bar" at the right if we pegged it on the screen so that if we scrolling the web pages, it won't move.
I got this when I was reading some long thread, like Music hacking tutorial, I wanted to go to where the navigation is, but I'm at the bottom of the page, so I've to scroll up, it doesn't waste much time, but if it's always at the right of web pages it will save a lot of time in long period.

Please consider this suggestion.
Thank you.

Yea I thought of that too.

But what happens with small screens where the menu doesn't fit?

The board could detect if the user has a screen that is too small to display the whole navigation bar, and disable the autoscrolling.

If you want, I can even have some code to do that. Kuribo64's ODB has a similar thing.

Yup I saw that

Though, it flickers a bit if I scroll too much. Is there any way it could be fixed?

You could do this with CSS' position: fixed; and media queries I think.

Or possibly combining CSS and jQuery. As in, setting position to fixed when the navigation bar's 'natural' position is above the window.
