When I import a tileset image containing four palettes and modify only one section, the colors from that modified section bleed over into the other palettes for some reason when importing in NSMBe. This makes the tiles in the other palettes look ugly and of poor quality. Does anyone know why this happens?

did you use "export image with all palettes" button .If You Modifiy Only The first Palette it will try to "merge" all the images togeder with only 1 bitmap file and the differents palettes and it will be low quality espacially if you use a lot of colors
