Yes you can by going to ROM File Browser and this path ->(FILESYSTEM/root/polygon_unit/I_dokan.nsbtx or I_mamedokan.nsbtx)
I_dokan.nsbtx is for the normal pipes and I_mamedokan.nsbtx for the small you can also change the texture of the pipe block, its called I_mamedokan_tome.nsbtx |

there are mod packs available on this website that provide the numb styled pipes that come pre renamed and everything
