Are there any other ways to kill Boo other than with the Starman? I don't know if Mega Mario is an option, but something other than that too?

Probably if you hold a koopa and run against him or shoot a koopa on him.

I tried lava. He survives lava too. And you can see him over the lava since the boo layer is on top of it.
Edit...Okay got it. Turtle Mario kills Boo. |

Lol, thats pointless xD A shell cant kill a boo, but Mario, who IS a shell then CAN kill a boo
