I can not change an empty background.
When I click on Export or Import, says: "This BG is invalid. You can replace this BG with a new one." And when I click File Change comes to stand (see Spoiler): |

Use a File ID of the ROM you don't need. Then you can import a new BG.

Oh, yes... I remembered my thread is also about the problem like you too.
  ) Then entered that ID in change file box then click. Choose your .nmb file, Your new BG will be replace with that file. (so that file would be deleted)

That's right! You can use any file, not just Minigame Files. But recommend minigame-files, because you don't need them for single player.
