I need help getting vertical scroll to work. I want to have the camera scroll down for one section of the level. I tried using scroll sprites but it still won't work.

Enable vertical scrolling in the view and make sure that you have at least one tile in each of the relevant "screens". The tile can be the special invisible/intangible jyotyu tile if you don't want any "real" tiles in the screen.
