Hello. I was wondering if there was a way to make GBA video ROM hacks. I really want to make one, but I have found 0 tutorials on doing that. If someone can please help me, then not only I will be able to make custom GBA videos, but anyone that sees this will be able to, too!

Well, according to this you just need to get the quality and framerate down really low and get the video into some unusal codec. Then you probably just have to reverse engineer it to figure out how/where to insert the new video.

I want actual GBA video hacking so I can have multiple videos at once. If you can find or make a tutorial on how to edit GBA video, then I will be very happy.

That's what I just linked... if you want to play it on a real GBA you need a flashcart.
