NSMBE5 (Downloadable in this website, for level editing and more) Mario kart DS editor(for 3d models mainly) A program for drawing (custom tilesets and backgrounds) Desmume(To beta-test your hack) That's it, I can't think of any other one. |

I use a flashcart instead of desmume since it runs horrendously slow on Windows 10
