Are the newer tilesets even allowed to be used in other hacks?

I gave credit to the newer team and anyway I also used to the desert of newer smbw. I can also use it for example that the forest can be found in the tile sets thread (I forgot I could ask for this tile in that thread instead of creating a new one)

Here you go:

You can use the NSMBW tileset editor + Newer to make PNG rips. Or if you ask someone from the Newer Team nicely, you may be able to get the source images.

Yeah, just use Puzzle and ntcompress. Or just get the NewerDecompressed files (all credit to Zementblock). I won't tell you how to get ntcompress because it is illegal, but I CAN tell you the link to NewerDecompressed.

Then, just use Puzzle to open the files from Stage > Tilesets, and export PNG. That should allow you to export all Newer tilesets to PNG and edit them in any way you want.

NOT retail NSMBW tilesets, though, because NewerDecompressed doesn't have those. Get the rom yourself and figure out how to extract the files.

in the tileset folder I could not find this tile . where can I find it?

It's not a tile. It's a sprite. It uses the Bone Coaster's model. So uh, you're gonna have to go in game, take a screenshot and cut its surroundings out, then shorten the tiles.

What do you mean? I don't believe you can, at least with the shaders (unless you do some trickery, I guess. Or I just don't know how).

Again, IIRC you're gonna have to go rip it manually, from the game itself. Take a screenshot of the level the tiles are in in NewerSMBW, and rip it manually using an image editor to remove everything except for the bone coaster tiles.
