Like the ones at the start of 1-1 in smb3. I can't seem to find it in nsmbe (grassland tileset at least).

There are no platforms like that on the grassland tileset. Create your own tile(s) and use the solid-on-top behaviour (00 00 00 80).

Sorry for my ignorance, but how would I do this? Using a behaviour, I mean. I'm sure there are tile creation tutorials.
