Is there a way to add a texture to a .nsbmd (or to a .nsbtx)?

I don't want to sound silly, but have you tried importing the same texture for when the Fly Guy(s) aren't hit, and using it on all of the texture slots?

Edit: I've tried the above, but now, it inverts the other palette (even though I copied and pasted the textures used before he is jumped on) and it takes the old non-replaced Fly Guy's texture of blue and inverts it.

Maybe you should try edit the palette of the hit version to make it look like one of the Shy Guy's palette hit version. (with ctrl+click)
This will maybe make him look like the other Shy Guys...

EDIT: You could also directly try replacing the Fly guy palette with the Shy Guy palette, like this:

Hm. I think I have wrote a bit bad. I am trying to have another texture on Fly Guy Model.

Because the original Splunkin load the 2nd texture, while iI hit it the Splunkin loads the 3rd texture.
But the Fly Guy model doesn t have a 3rd texture, so in every level it (when hit) loads a random texture, probably from bottom BG. So the question is, how I can add another texture?

Well, I don't really know where the game puts the number of textures. But it's probably in the image, the palette, or directly in the coding... Try exporting the image and the palette (use "export" and "replace" while being in the files of the game) of the original Shy Guy and replace it with the one of the Fly Guy.

If that doesn't work, that means that it's in the coding, and that's more complicated
