Haha no
The "Pokémon" which stands in the title stands for:
P = Puking because
O = of your
K = Krazy (omg wtf "crazy" with k, sharks is so stupid)
E = enourmous
M = Massive
O = obtuseness
N = Now

Well, if you already played HGSS (or even if you don't), you won't need screenshots.
What I mean is that, when it comes to visuals nothing changed compared to the original games except for new Pokémon sprites.

But now that I think about it there's this preview showcasing Fairy Arceus and the Pixie Plate :

EDIT: Yeah completely forgot to say this, you can't get the Pixie Plate in-game, you will have to pokesav it (item number 113 (0×71)).
This is more of a demo version than a complete version, it's meant for testing rather than playing.

Now I go to a pratical question.
Are the shinies you find here "legit"? I mean to they go trhough Pokebank or something?

They would, but they won't be shiny anymore, why ?
Because the shiny code in the RAM is how the game is instructed to read the PIS combo (no it doesn't stand for Plot Induced Stupidity , rather it stands for PID / ID / SID) to determine whether one Pokemon should be shiny or not.
This is also the same code who is called when the game runs the no-shiny algorithm to check whether a Wondercard PID would yield a shiny or not, in the former case the algorithm is run as many times as necessary until the PID is non-shiny.

There's one particular number in the arm9 that determine the odds of shiny Pokémon for that ROM and that ROM only, I will call it the Shiny Divider.
The Shiny Divider is 8 by default (65536 / 8 = 8192, hence the 1 in 8192).
I just changed the Shiny Divider to 16 (65536 / 16 = 4096, thus 1 in 4096).

What does that means, it means a Pokémon who has a PIS value of 12 for example:
_would be shiny on a card where the Shiny Divider is 16
_but not on a card where the Shiny Divider is 8

Yeah it would be too easy to transfer an easy Shiny Lati@s...
Yeah cause I live in small city, so I'm not hoping to get the Eon Ticket anytime soon...

Wait I forgot to say something.

Pokémon whose PIS are between 0 and 7 included would still be considered real shinies by the Pokébank.

Definitely French.
It just so happens that once upon a time, I added Fairy-type Arceus on a US HeartGold, hence the video; but since I decided to discard the porting to concentrate only on the French SoulSilver version where my research was simply more advanced.

On a side note, several of the changes in the OP are to be present in Pokémon Light Platinum for NDS by  mikelan98

Nice to meet you,Sharks.If there are some mistakes in English, I'd like to apologize.
Your ROM Hacking is really cool.I read this thread too.I appreciate it.
(http://nsmbhd.net/thread/2606-complete-type-chart-in-pokemon-hg-ss-without-breaking-code/)

I am editing Pokemon Platinum ROM now.I want to edit type-effectiveness in Platinum.
(If you are interested in my ROM Hacking,Please watch these videos.https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeCWnFD5jtAcqZpZh5I4sXw)
I found type-chart in overlay9_16.(00 05 05 00 08 05 0A 0A 05, etc.)However I couldn't find type icons.
I want to add more relationships.Can I edit type-effectiveness in Platinum?Please give me a clue.

Thank you for reading.

Hi.

Well I know that adding the Fairy-type relationships is not easily feasible in DP.
But I don't know about Platinum, I'll have a look

Expand the type-chart for Pokémon Platinum (Japanese only for now):

glaciataso, if you're reading this, here is the procedure:
1. Add the type-chart at the very end of overlay9_21.bin

2. On overlay9_16.bin:
Replace C8E02602 with 40941E02 (4 occurrences)
Replace C9E02602 with 41941E02 (3 occurrences)
Replace CAE02602 with 42941E02 (3 occurrences)

Tell us if it worked

Thank you very much,Sharks.
I tried the procedure you showed.After I imported .bin files by using crystaltile2,I couldn't click save.
How Can I save a modified ROM?I tried some version crystaltile2.
It's a shame I couldn't make good use of it.
I really appreciate what you have done.

Oh, that? It's nothing don't worry, the procedure is simple but let's say it's a little counter-intuituive.

Once you have modified a full ROM on CrystalTile2, trying to close CrystalTile2 will bring that window, just click Yes, that window will appear a second time, click Yes again and you're good to go
BTW CrystalTile2 won't let you close if you click No, if you want to close without saving the ROM you'll have to undo all the changes first.

This happens because somehow CrystalTile2 is programmed to auto-save each time you make a change on a .nds file.

Thank you for your advice.I could edit type-effectiveness.

If you don’t mind,Can I have one more question?
The ROM display the ghost-type icon for the ???-type icon in Pokedex.
I understand this happens in HGSS too.(I read this thread.http://nsmbhd.net/thread/2606-complete-type-chart-in-pokemon-hg-ss-without-breaking-code/)Can we could fix this problem in Platinum too?
I found the type icon's graphics in Pokedex.It is in /graphic/zukan.narc/zukan_13.RLCN,zukan_88.bin,zukan_89.bin,zukan_90.bin.
There's no icon for the ???-type.I tried in vain to find it.Please tell me where the ???-type icon's graphic is?
Please forgive me my lousy English.Thank you for reading.

Well, in HGSS the ???-type for the Pokédex doesn't exist either but you can add it since each of the Pokédex type-icons have their own file, which is not the case in Platinum.
So yeah I don't know if I can add it at all, but I'll give it a try nonetheless.

For Platinum (JP):
Fairy-Pixie type icons.rar

Thanks heavens IDA Pro is a thing, otherwise…

In HGSS, adding the Fairy-type icon for the Pokédex is much simpler since each of the type-icons have its own dedicated file.
In Platinum (assuming DP too), not so, see all the types icons came into one single file, yay.

Changes done on overlays 11 and 21, as well as zukan.narc and pl_batt_obj.narc.

zukan.narc is where the type icons for the Pokédex are stored.
pl_batt_obj.narc is where the type icons are stored.
Overlay 11 is the types' templates displayed on the bottom screen during battles.
Overlay 21 is where the code tampering with the type icons for the Pokédex is located.

フェアリー (Fairy) is labeled as フェアリ due to the lack of space, so I made another batch called Pixie (ピクシー) instead of Fairy.
Choose one or the other.

glaciataso, there it is, hope you don't mind it took me a little while
