Sort of like the sprite database, there could be a thing that has listed all of the bitmaps and matching palettes in NSMB.

The Sprite db already has a field to put the data files the Sprite uses. Info for other stuff could go in the wiki, in my opinion it's too overkill to make a db just for that.
