As seen here, we can change the Tileset 0 Palette by editing the backgrounds in Overlay files. Would be quite nice if we could implement this in the BG editor since its quite useful.

I've made some concepts of a dropbox which has the jyotyu colors in it and a "Jyotyu tileset palette" under it, which is inside the background editor. Sorry, I spelled 'palette' wrong
Also, I'm sorry about the quality, Paint.NET just made it lower quality for some odd reason o-o |

I'm not sure where I'd put this feature for it to make sense to users. It's really confusing that it changes depending on the Bottom BG. (Seriously, wtf Nintendo??)
Putting it on the background editor is quite unintuitive, no one will look for it in there Also (this is an implementation detail) that's the tilemap editor, it's used in other places, like in Map16 and editing nsc files, I wouldn't put it there. |

Maybe in the Background/Tileset Settings? You could add another dropdown for that.
