That's clearly a message box with the title and content switched  It's just an incompatible/unknown texture format from what I can tell. What file is it? |

I got this really often, too.
Just click Yes and import the texture. For me it worked then I think.

Lol. I wanted to EXPORT a texture

Why don't you change the title to Question Message Error. Plus, it seems like it's asking if you want a question
