I hosted a few NSMB Level design contests over on Jul, and wouldn't mind bringing them over here. Would it be appropriate to make a sub forum for contests?

I've changed the contests from being a monthly contest with multiple rounds to single events that start whenever and stop about 10 days after they start. I would definitely like to see more players.

I'd be interested in participating in the contests now that I have more free time. I don't known if I could do every one, but I will do as many as I can.

Excellent, I'm glad to hear that you're in Piranhaplant. As soon as Dirbaio confirms whether or not there will be a contests subforum, I'll post the contest's challenge. Gridattack suggested a few great ideas, and I've come up with something from it. On Jul, there are a few contest threads if you'd like to get an idea of how they're run. I really hope we get a contest subforum.

In my opinion, you should change the name of the "NSMB Level Design Contests" subforum to just "NSMB contests".
(I plan to make a Background design contest) Thanks in advance...
