All is in the title, how about put a system that warns you if they are too much sprites on the same area and can cause lag?
It will be usefull to prevent game for lagging. Maybe use it with the " Show DS screen option " It will become red if they are too much sprites.

This isn't doable I'm afraid. Different sprites cause different amounts of lag and lag can come from sprites that aren't placed directly in the same area (water for example). You're going to have to use common sense and testing to determine where your levels lag.

I mean an aproximative number of sprite.
No the exact one. It can help for avoid lags.

(For exemple, if they are more than erm... 10 sprites, the screen becomes red)

How big are you talking when you say "area"? And how would you determine appoximately how many sprites in said area could cause lag?

Sprites are not just rendered on the DS screen. They also get rendered 4 blocks wide out of the screen.
You can avoid lag just using common sense. Nobody with common sense fills a little space with piranha plants and goombas and so on...
