I havent seen the level, but sometimes, lava can act like water if you use a warp sprite to warp in the same part of the level. This will cause the lava (and poison?) sprite to act like water. You can fix this by making an invisble lava object and adding it on the surface of the lava sprite (since the block with the lava behavior will not glitch.
