It is possible to create new enemies, or edit this for make others and it is posibble to add new powerups, i need some advices.

You can edit the enemies.
Its names are something like kuribo265 and enemy for the goomba. I don't now if its all good there?. Now the power-ups. Do you mean edit the textures? |

Assuming that I know nothing barely of NSMB hacking, I'd have to say.....possibly with New enemies, but will be a huge pain in the ass.
and For new powerups, the same as enemies. It will require adding new files, therefore, we would have to go into the game's code and add it there, unless there's a less complicated way to do it. |

Well, that's reallllllyyy complicated to do. (Unless you just duplicate an enemy and just retexture it, that isn't too hard, but still complicated)

No, it is not difficult if you know unlike tinker in photoshop or paint or have a site with graphics of enemies, you managed easily
